• TRAINING 
  
• A night of training would consist of a decent warm up then on to breakfalls, this is where you will learn to fall correctly then on to bag & pad work skipping etc. and then studying syllabus adding variations plus ground work and defence against knife attacks bottles sticks both from standing & sitting also against the wall using  multiple attackers and so on.  We have public liabilty insurance and teachers proffessional indemnity to teach jujitsu also Iaido.
      seminars can be had during the year in England and abroad so get yourself along to be a part of a great club and a great association. Annual insurance fees's are £20 juniors under 16 and £30 seniors over 16s.  lessons are £2.00 jnrs & £3.00 snrs paid on the night yes you read it right £3.00. Not a £45 monthly direct debit like most clubs today, you do the maths & I will see you at the parish hall Byers Green.
